Due to an increase in the number of calls we’ve received, we’ve recently updated our process to ensure we can best support everyone who reaches out to us.
When you call, you’ll be connected with a receptionist who will kindly gather your details and discuss your enquiry. Following this, one of our dedicated team members will return your call to personally guide you through your wishes and answer any questions you may have.
Whilst receiving a high level of calls, we are currently helping as many pet owners as possible. We are working hard to get through all the messages and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Alternatively you can complete your wishes, make a service request or general enquiry using our online forms.

We’re here to help give your pet the send-off they deserve. We promise to handle and treat your pet with the utmost respect whilst they are in our care.
Our service is tailor-made to you. Whether it’s a paw print, fur clipping or placing a favourite toy in with your pet, our team will guide you and help you make the best decision for your family.
We offer a responsive collection service and will usually collect your pet on the same day of you calling. Your pet will be gently placed into one of our beds and transported to Dignity in a pet hearse.
If we collect your pet from your vet, we’ll call or text to let you know they’re safely in our care. If we collect from your home, you're welcome to request a courtesy call for added peace of mind.
We call you to confirm your wishes and the cost, then take payment for the service.
You can either collect your pet’s ashes from Dignity or alternatively can carry out a vet return or home return via us or a courier.
